Terms and Conditions
As our products are hand made to order; delivery can take up to 4 – 6 weeks.
Only couriered deliveries are insured, products sent by royal mail are not.
Only orders under £55 GBP can be sent by royal mail.
The majority of our products are bespoke as such we do not take returns, unless the product is faulty and that fault the responsibility of Duffy London.
Products made using the customers own images and specifications can not be refunded.
Products will need to be returned by the customer in the same condition they were sent out before any refund can be issued.
We do strive to keep our customers happy and will try our very best to remedy any problems that the customer may have with their purchase.
We guarantee that any private or finical information we receive will be dealt with it the utmost security and disposed of safely.
